Course Structure & Content

What is the cadence of each course?

It depends on the course. You can find details about each course on the Coach’s course page.

Will the classes be recorded?

Yes.

If I miss a session, can I listen to the recording?

Yes.

Is there an online coaching platform where we can access recordings and collateral materials, and how long will we have access to that?

Yes, you can access the platform here. 

Once you sign up for the course, you have access to the materials into perpetuity.

How often (i.e., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and how long (i.e., 30, 45, or 60 minutes) will the individual coaching be?

It depends on the coach. You can find details about private coaching on each coach’s page.

Will I have access to the private coach above and beyond the one-on-one predetermined session times?

Private coaching is a set amount of time and specific cadence detailed on each coach’s private coaching page.

Will the different group classes overlap (with other coaches' classes), or will they all be at different times?

Class times are set by each coach and are based on a variety of factors. We cannot guarantee courses will not overlap.

Will there be homework after each group class?

It will be at the discretion of the instructor.

What if I am dissatisfied with the course or private coaching? What is the refund policy?

Per the Terms of Service, if you're dissatisfied with the course or private coaching for any reason, please note that we do not offer refunds. We recommend contacting [email protected] for any issues or assistance you might need.

Does the course begin the day that I sign up?

No, all of these courses are live. For all courses, payment is initiated at the time of sign up, however the start date and duration of the course are stated on the course pages.

How do I sign up for Private Coaching?

Reach out to the coach you are interested in signing up with, and they will provide a link for sign up if spots are available.

Will there be a feedback survey at the end of each class session or the end of the 12 week class?

This is at the discretion of the coach.

How much does a course cost?

How were the prices of the courses set?

Each coach set the price for their course.

How is the course fee paid (1 time or payment plan)?

It depends on the course. You can find details about each course on the Coach’s course page.

Is there a discount if I pay the course fee in advance, and if so, what discount?

It depends on the course. You can find details about each course on the Coach’s course page.

How is the coaching fee paid (1 year, 6 months, or 1 month in advance)?

Private coaching is a subscription paid on a monthly basis.

Is there a discount if I pay the coaching fee in advance, and if so, what discount?

There is no discount for private coaching.

Do we pay Side or the coach directly for the coaching classes?

All payments are processed through Thinkific.

Cancellations & Refunds

What if I sign up and pay for a coaching class and no longer want to continue?

You will be billed for the full amount of the course.

Do I need to take the group class to sign up for Private coaching?

You can take private coaching without having to take a course. Courses are a great way to sample if you like a Coach’s style.
